The Australian Curriculum – Science has three interrelated strands: Science Understanding, Science as a Human Endeavour and Science Inquiry Skills. The strands include the biological sciences, chemical sciences, Earth and space sciences, and physical sciences. Children investigate and discover scientific principles through hands-on activities and experiments.
